I have been going over the thread and I still am having issues, I did check my laptop windows update history and saw something that is concerning to me.

Now on Oct 26 an update for windows 10 version for x64 based Systems KB was successfully installed. I didn’t have any issues after that install. Then I see on Nov 14 and update cumulative update for windows 10 version for amdbased systems KB was successfully installed. I’m thinking this could be some of the cause of my problems. Now everything I have done doesn’t seem to be working.
